EXPLANATION    This message should occur only on a down-level computer. Any action to correct the problem should be performed on that computer.  You cannot use a password that has just expired. Your network administrator may also have configured your account so that you cannot use any of your previous passwords.    ACTION    Change your password to one that you have not used before.
