Users who have already been migrated to the Unified Contact Store (UCS) or who are about to be migrated to the Unified Contact Store will not be affected when you disable Unified Contact Store; instead, those users will continue to have their contacts stored in the Unified Contact Store. To move these users' contacts from the Unified Contact Store to Lync Server you must run the Invoke-CsUcsRollback cmdlet after disabling Unified Contact Store
