This policy sets the location for the Microsoft Office ScreenTip Language downloads. The Microsoft Office ScreenTip Language enables multi-lingual users to navigate the user interface (installed in a language they don't understand) by translating the Interface and showing the results in a ScreenTip (tooltip). The translations are available for every language from the Microsoft download center (for free) and while corporations may block Internet access they can direct users to an internal location such as an Intranet site or share. If you enable this policy setting, you may specify an internal site location where a corporation can copy the Microsoft Office ScreenTip languages. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will be directed to the http://www.office.com webpage where users can view and select languages for download.
