This new feature allows partners to view aggregated service health across all clients. Workloads are displayed only when there is a service incident that affects your clients. CSP and Advisor Partners can still access a specific client's service health by going to client management and clicking the icon in the SERVICE HEALTH column. To view a client's Planned maintenance, you can go to the client's Office 365 admin center.
