Percentage of the call the network send quality event was raised on the client. High values indicate that most of the call was affected by loss or jitter that affected the audio being sent and can be caused by congestion, exceeding available bandwidth,  wireless congestion or interference, or an overloaded media server and results in distorted or lost audio.
