The tool will analyze RPC trace data collected by the Exchange Server User Monitor (ExMon) tool to determine if the RPC load is caused by a single user, or if the RPC load is distributed across multiple users. In addition, the tool can determine if high RPC rates are due to known performance issues. Please note there may be other sources of load on the server (such as incoming SMTP mail) that are not collected in ExMon ETL traces. This analysis will only cover load caused by RPC traffic to the server.
