Remarks:

      - Deletes a rule identified by name and optionally by endpoints, ports,
        protocol, and type.
      - If multiple matches are found, all matching rules are deleted.
      - If name=all is specified all rules are deleted from the specified
        type and profile.

Examples:

      Delete all rules for local port 80:
