Your computer was not assigned an address from the network. It  may require a network address for full access to the network.    It will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the  network address server (DHCP).    Either your computer is not physically connected to the network or  the server that assigns addresses is not responding. You may check  your network cable connection to diagnose the problem.
