To make sure that messages like this won't be marked as spam in the future, the recipient needs to change their mailbox settings to allow messages from senders who are not on their safe sender list.
  1. To make this change, the recipient needs to sign in to Outlook on the web and do the following steps.
  2. Select Settings \ Options and choose Block or Allow. De-select Don't trust email unless it comes from someone in my Safe Senders and Recipients list.
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that the change was successful.
