Outbound TLS connections to one or more federated partners have failed because the partners do not have the root certificate installed on their server that is needed to validate the local Access Edge Server external edge certificate.

The following federated partners are affected:

Cause: Each of the identified federated partners needs to obtain the root certificate corresponding to the local Access Edge Server external edge certificate and install it in the local machine store of their own Access Edge Server.
Resolution:
If possible, contact the administrator of each identified federated partner and refer them to Knowledge Base article TBD.
