To exclude a range of IP addresses from distribution by the multicast 
scope.  
 
Syntax: 
 
        add excluderange   
 
Parameters: 
 
        StartIP        - Starting IP address of the exclusion range. 
 
        EndIP          - Ending IP address of the exclusion range. 
 
Notes:         The exclusion range must be a subset of the overall 
               scope range.  
 
Example:       add excluderange 224.2.2.10 224.2.2.20 
 
               This command adds an exclusion range starting with 
               224.2.2.10 and ending with 224.2.2.20 from distribution 
               for the current multicast scope.
