This policy setting allows you to deploy default RSS Feeds by providing a list of URLs that point to content that is syndicated through RSS. Outlook reads the list when it starts, and the corresponding RSS Feeds are added to each of the user's profiles. By default, users are not subscribed to any RSS Feeds. If you enable this policy setting, you may specify the URLs in the format: feed://, where "feed://" replaces "http://". This ensures that the URL is parsed as an RSS XML file in Outlook. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users are not subscribed to any RSS Feeds.
