What Is It?
The Create Mining Structure Wizard helps you build a new mining structure based on existing data from an Excel table, an Excel range, or an external data source. You specify which columns to include in the mining structure.
What Does It Do?
The wizard enables you to specify which columns to use from the input data.
Notes
To use the Create Structure Wizard, you must be connected to a SQL Server Analysis Services database. The structure created by this wizard can be saved, or exist temporarily while you are working with the data. However, to create a temporary structure, the server must be configured to allow session mining objects. Contact your server administrator to make sure the server configuration allows temporary mining objects.
