The Tcp.net Port Sharing service enables multiple Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services that are using the Tcp.net protocol to listen on a single TCP port. Port sharing reduces the number of firewall exceptions that you need to host WCF services. To enable port sharing for a WCF service, you run the Net.Tcp Port Sharing service and you configure WCF service binding to use port sharing.
