The message wasn't delivered to the recipient ({Recipient}) because an admin in your organization set up the following mail flow rule that deleted the message.

Rule {TransportRule}

To make sure this doesn't happen again, update your mail flow rules.
  1. In the Exchange admin center, go to the Rules page.
  2. Click on the rule that deleted the email, and do one of the following:
  • Click Edit to customize the rule to fit your needs.
  • Click Delete to remove the rule entirely.
