The DPM reporting feature requires the SQL Server Reporting Services to be installed and running. SQL Server Reporting Services is currently not installed or not configured properly. To make sure that SQL Server Reporting Services is installed properly, uninstall DPM with the 'Retain data' option and then rerun DPM Setup.
