This policy setting allows you to add a presentation service to the list of online presentation services in PowerPoint and Word. This list appears when a user selects the More services link under Present Online on the Share tab in Backstage view in PowerPoint and Word and in the ribbon in PowerPoint.If you enable this policy setting, you can add a presentation service to the list of online presentation services in PowerPoint and Word. For each service you add, you must specify a name and URL. Optionally, you can specify a description, the URL of a web page with more information about the service, and the URL of a web page with service terms that the user can display by selecting the Service Agreement link. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the More services link displays only services that are manually added by users.
