There are circumstances where the replay service may automatically suspend a database copy and that copy can be safely resumed.  This script will check if a database copy has been set to the Suspended or FailedAndSuspended state by the replay service, resume the copy, and check that the copy returns to the Healthy state.  The script will not resume copies that were suspended manually with the Suspend-MailboxDatabaseCopy cmdlet.
