One of the attributes for a user was too large to fit into the Lync Server database. A truncated version of the attribute has been put into the database.

Cause: This can occur because the Lync Server stores some attribute data in UTF-8 format, which, when converted from the Unicode in Active Directory, can result in massive string sizes.
Resolution:
No resolution is required. However, the offending attribute can be shortened in Active Directory if it is important that the entire attribute fit into the database.
