Windows Authentication mode uses Windows's built-in security to provide a high level of security. Kerberos and/or NTLM authenticate and encrypt all requests. The remote debugger will, by default, only accept connections from the user who launched the remote debugger and members of the Administrators group. Additional users must be explicitly granted permissions using Tools->Permissions from within the remote debugger's UI, or from the command line using the /allow option.
