If set to "Yes," unregistered users will see an option to skip registration on the registration portal and be reminded to register every seven days instead of being required to provide and verify their authentication data before they can finish signing in.

If set to "No," unregistered users will be reminded to register every day for up to 14 days, and will be required to register once that time has expired.
