Usage: DnsCmd  /ZonePokeKeyRollover  
  Pokes a KSK rollover that is waiting for parental DS update.
  If a server hosting a securely delegated zone is unable to
  determine that a parental DS record set has been updated with
  new rollover keys, this command allows an administrator to
  force a rollover to proceed once DS records in the parent
  have been manually updated.
