Because the message state is not 'Suspended (not resumable)', it cannot be deleted. To delete the message regardless of the message state, you can terminate the service instance that references the message, thereby deleting the corresponding message reference and all other message references owned by the terminated service instance. When the last service instance referencing the message is terminated, the message is deleted from the MessageBox database. Note that deleting a message or terminating a service instance is not a reversible operation.
