This policy setting allows you to specify what is displayed when a user opens a new tab. If you enable this policy setting, you can choose from the list which page to display when new tabs are opened: new tab page, about:blank page, or the user's homepage. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will be able to select their preference for this behavior. The new tab page is the default setting.
