To list the fields and descriptions for a specific page, enter part or all of the page name in the Select a page field and then click the drop-down arrow to select from a filtered list of pages. By default, this report includes only fields that have a field description. To display all the fields on a page, set Include fields without a description to Yes. To export the field descriptions for a page, click the Open in Microsoft Office icon in the upper-right corner, then select FieldDescriptionTmp.
