Web Conferencing Edge Server has started throttling server connections

Web Conferencing Edge Server has started throttling as a result of limit being reached on the maximum number of bytes queued for delivery on server connections
Cause: The number of bytes queued in Web Conferencing Edge Server has crossed the limit of high threshold for queued bytes. This can happen because of the process running out of resources (CPU or network bandwidth) or the infrastructure being under provisioned for the traffic it is expected to support.
Resolution:
Check and make sure that the infrastructure is properly provisioned for the amount of traffic that is being processed by Web Conferencing Edge Server. This can be achieved by increasing bandwidth in the case of network latency, increasing the CPU capacity of the machine in the case of CPU limits or by deploying more Web Conferencing Edge Server machines to handle the traffic.
