This step and Step 5 will result in a pair of auto attendants that combine together to give the caller the interface described in the example in Step 1. If the language set for the auto attendants is English, you can also speech-enable them. If you do this, callers will also be able to navigate the menu options by using voice inputs. You may want to modify the prompts accordingly. You can add alternative names and phrases for a menu option in its Key Mapping Entry dialog box.
