Many cached textures are composed together in frames during this time range and average fill rate is {0}. 

Go to the Performance Warnings menu in the navigation toolbar and select the Frames view. Select the frames that have a high Fill Rate and high Texture Count. With the frames selected, locate Frames view in the navigation toolbar and select the Visual Tree option. Identify the visuals that are causing several textures to be created. If you are using BitmapCache explicitly, you can consider consolidating these visuals.
