  Configures DNS server and client using the current DNS client settings
  Options can be one or more of:
    /NewForest -- configure DNS server as the first DC in a new forest
    /NewTreeRoot -- configure DNS server as the first DC in a new tree root
    /NewChild-- configure DNS server as the first DC in a new child
    /Replica -- configure DNS server as a new replica for an existing domain
    /Forwarders -- configure DNS server with forwarders
    /RootHints -- configure DNS server with root hints
    /SelfPoint -- configure DNS client to point to local DNS server (replace)
    /SelfPointPrepend -- configure DNS client to point to local DNS server (prepend)
    /Zones -- create forest root zones if this DNS server is only DC in forest
    /HideErrors -- causes function to always return success, as in dcpromo
  If no options are specified, default is all options
