You are connected to a server that does not allow Manually Scheduled tasks to be published to team members. Team members will only see Automatically Scheduled tasks in their My Work pages. Before you continue publishing, you should accept any pending status updates, or progress entered on Manually Scheduled tasks may be lost. In order for team members to update status on a task, change the task to Auto Scheduled mode before publishing.
