Description: Disables all services for a WDS server.

Syntax:
WDSUTIL [Options] /Disable-Server [/Server:]

[/Server:] The name of the WDS server. This can be either the
                        NetBIOS name or the FQDN. If not specified, the
                        local server will be used.
