The sign-in name or password that was sent to the Microsoft account STS was not correct. There is an existing "e-mail as sign-in" (EASI) account with that sign-in name, but the password does not match. The user could be the EASI owner who entered a bad password, or it could be a new federated user with the same name. For more information, see Federation Error-handling Scenarios.
