Usage:
  ClmUtil [Options] -syncrequest CAMachine RequestId User
  CAMachine is the path to the CA
  RequestId (the certificate identifier in the CA)
  User identifier

Options:
  -unique        -- Do not overwite FIM CM request if it already exists. Default
  -overwrite     -- Overwrite FIM CM request if it already exists.  
  -test          -- Check if the request will be copied.
    
Examples:
  ClmUtil -syncrequest testpc.mydomain.com	estCA 27 "CN=John Smith,OU=Test,DC=Testing,DC=com"
      Copy the request with identifier 27 from the CA to the FIM CM Certificates table associating it with the specified user DN.
      If the request exists in FIM CM, it will be NOT overwritten.

  ClmUtil -overwrite -syncrequest testpc.mydomain.com	estCA 99 [email protected]
      Copy the request with identifier 99 from the CA to the FIM CM Certificates table associating it with the specified user mail address.
      If the request exists in FIM CM, it will be overwritten.
