You can export the data definition language (DDL) statements that will be executed during the synchronization process to a script. This functionality is provided to help you split the initially exported script into scripts that can be run in parallel. However, Microsoft cannot assume responsibility for dependency issues and errors that you may encounter if you run DDL scripts outside of the client. We strongly recommend that you backup your database before running any exported scripts against the database.
