To enable/disable MAC address based filtering and use of allow and/or
deny list for filtering.

Syntax:

 set filter

Parameters:

EnforceAllowList - If EnforceAllowList=1, DHCP Services may be provided
to hosts whose MAC addresses match an entry in the
                      Allow list.
If EnforceAllowList=0, allow list is not used for
                      filtering.
EnforceDenyList - If EnforceDenyList=1, deny list is used for
filtering, i.e., DHCP Services are denied to all
hosts whose MAC addresses match an entry in the Deny
                      list.
If EnforceDenyList=0, deny list is not used for
                      filtering.

Notes: Parameters in angled brackets are required.
MAC address based filtering is enabled if either
of EnforceAllowList or EnforceDenyList is set to 1
or both are set to 1. MAC address based filtering is disabled
if both EnforceAllowList and EnforceDenyList are set to 0.

Example: set filter EnforceAllowList=0 EnforceDenyList=1

This command enables MAC address based filtering as
EnforceDenyList is set to 1. It disables use of allow list for
filtering as EnforceAllowList is set to 0 and enables
use of deny list for filtering as EnforceDenyList is set
to 1. Note, during MAC address filtering, precedence is
given to full MAC address match over pattern (partial MAC
address) match. Further, the deny list is checked prior to
looking for a match in the allow list.

Possible values of above configuration options:
 EnforceAllowList EnforceDenyList Validity
 1 0 Provide DHCP services,
                                    only to clients, whose
                                    addresses are in the Allow
                                    List. If the address list
                                    is empty, DHCP Services
                                    are not provided.
0 1 Deny DHCP services to all
                                    clients whose MAC
                                    addresses are in the Deny
                                    List.
1 1 Deny DHCP Services to
                                    clients in the Deny list,
                                    issue DHCP Services, to
                                    those clients, that are on
                                    the Allow List. Deny
                                    services to all other
                                    clients (that are not in
                                    either list), irrespective
                                    of their absence from the
                                    Deny list.
0 0 No MAC address based filtering.
