Office 365 delivered the message to the recipient's Inbox. After delivery, the recipient permanently deleted the message from their Outlook account. Follow these steps to recover the deleted message in Outlook for Windows.
  1. Go to your email folder list, and then click Deleted Items.
  2. Make sure Home is selected, and then click Recover Deleted Items From Server.
  3. Select the message that you want to recover, click Restore Selected Items, and then click OK.
  4. Search your Inbox for the message.
