To change the rule, go to the edit rule page (opens in new window). If you don't want this rule to be applied any longer, delete the rule rather than edit it.
Click More options.
Change the Apply this rule if... settings to change the scope of the rule.
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that your change was successful.
