Turn off all links using the 'Hide All Links' command available from the toolbar button with this icon: #id21; . Then select a graph layout (for example #id21; ) to see all the nodes in your graph. From there you can delete the nodes you don't care about to get a much smaller graph. Then you can turn the links back on and select your preferred graph layout again to see the links laid out nicely.
