A mailbox on an on-premises %BRAND_EXCHANGE_ONLINE_SHORT% server can be granted the Full Access permission to an %BRAND_OFFICE_365_SHORT% mailbox, and vice versa. For example, an %BRAND_OFFICE_365_SHORT% mailbox can be granted the Full Access permission to an on-premises shared mailbox. Note that users might receive additional credential prompts when they first access a mailbox that's in the other organization and add it to their %BRAND_OUTLOOK_SHORT% profile.
