The DFS Replication service detected this system as a read-only domain
controller even though the read-only attribute in the Active Directory
directory service has not been configured. The DFS Replication service
will ignore the lack of the read-only attribute and treat SYSVOL as a
read-only replica. As a result, local changes to the replicated folder
(such as Group Policy files) will be lost when the files or folders
change on a read-write member of the replication group and then are
replicated back to the read-only member. No user action is required.
