Current MX record: {ActualRecord}
Expected MX record: {ExpectedRecord}

To get all the filtering and email hosting benefits of Office 365, we recommend pointing your MX record to our service. This streamlines your mail flow set up and can prevent email delivery problems. Currently your domain's MX record isn't pointing to Office 365. This could be due to your domain expiring or a problem on your domain host provider's website.

To make it easier for you to make the change, we've created a tool that walks you step by step through the process.
Follow these steps.
  1. In the Office 365 Admin center, go to the Domains page.
  2. Choose the domain you need to fix, and choose Check DNS.
  3. Choose step-by-step instructions.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page for fixing your MX record.
However, if your organization has decided to point your domain's MX record to a third-party service for spam filtering, you'll need to contact that service to troubleshoot this problem. Office 365 didn't receive the message, and, unfortunately, opening a service request with us won't solve the issue in this case.
