The Remote Desktop license server could not be removed as a service connection point (SCP) in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) because AD DS could not be contacted. To manually remove the license server as an SCP in AD DS, use ADSI Edit to delete the TermServLicensing object under the computer object for the license server in AD DS.
