A profile associated with this Windows Live ID cannot be found in the Microsoft Online Services Customer Portal. Please close this window, create a profile and launch the wizard again.
To create a profile:
- Go to the Microsoft Online Services Customer Portal at https://mocp.microsoftonline.com/Site/Default.aspx and sign in using your Windows Live ID.
- The My Profile Wizard opens.
- Enter your personal information, company information and the shipping address. Note: The Shipping Address is the location where the majority of your services will be used. This location affects the services available, and the tax to be charged for your purchase. You can change the shipping address for individual orders from the Shopping Cart.
