Your Microsoft Dynamics 365 email settings must be reconfigured to support this app. Go to Settings > Email Configuration > Email Configuration Settings. On the Email tab, set the Process Email Using option to Server-Side Synchronization. Return to the Getting Started page to set up the app for your users.
