Space Used by the Data Collection Agent's dispatcher queue is at or above the warning threshold. The dispatcher queue will continue to hold items and attempt to enqueue them into the Storage Service at a higher rate than normal to help reduce the backlog.

Cause: The dispatcher queue size can grow bigger under heavier usage. However, it is also possible that there is some error with the Storage Service or its dependent components. If such errors exist, the dispatcher queue will eventually breach the error threshold at which point an investigation of the issue will become necessary.
Resolution:
Since the dispatcher queue will continue to hold items and attempt to enqueue them into the Storage Service at a higher rate, no action is required. Occasional growth beyond the warning threshold is fine. Once the dispatcher queue reduces the backlog, it will return to a normal state.
