The message was redirected to the Junk Email folder of the following recipient by the following mail flow rule:

Redirected address: {ForwardedAddress}
Mail flow rule: {TransportRule}

To make sure this doesn't happen again, update your organization's mail flow rules.
  1. In the Exchange admin center, go to the Rules page, and choose the rule that's redirecting your email.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • Choose Edit to customize the rule to fit your needs.
  • Choose Delete to remove the rule entirely.
