Usage: DnsCmd  /ZoneSeizeKeymasterRole  [/DisableKeyChecks]
  Forcefully transfers the key master role for the zone named  to
  the DNS server specified by . The current key master must not
  be online. This operation is for use when the current key master is offline
  permanently or for an extended period of time.
  /DisableKeyChecks -- If specified, the key master role will be seized 
                       without validating that signing keys are accessible,
                       for use in disaster recovery scenarios where signing 
                       keys have been lost or are not currently available.
                       This option should only be used after attempts to
                       transfer and seize the key master role have failed.
