If the IP settings are assigned to your computer automatically by using DHCP, contact your network/DNS administrator. The administrator should configure the DHCP server to set up the DHCP clients with the DNS servers used for name  resolution. To check whether a network connection is automatically configured,  click Start, Control Panel, Network Connections, ( in category view you need  to select Network and Internet Connections before you can choose Network  connections) Right-click the connection to be configured, click Properties,  select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
