You need to create a partition manually and mark it as a system partition. If all the disks are MBR disks then convert one of disks where you want the system partition to reside to GPT disk. To convert a disk to GPT delete all the partitions on the disk, and select "S=Change Disk Style" option. When setup prompts for auto creation of system partition, press ENTER.
