This policy setting controls whether InfoPath users can open fully trusted forms.

If you enable this policy setting, InfoPath users will not be able to run any forms marked as fully trusted. This configuration is equivalent to the "Allow fully trusted forms to run on my computer" user interface (UI) option being unchecked in the Trusted Publishers category of the Trust Center, and users cannot change it.

If you disable this policy setting, InfoPath users can run fully trusted forms on their computers, but cannot uncheck the "Allow fully trusted forms to run on my computer" UI option in the Trusted Publisher's category of the Trust Center.

If you do not configure this policy setting, InfoPath users can choose whether to allow trusted forms to run on their computers.
